After inserting my ML619 SD card into my computer the Maxisys software recognizes my card with the correct serial number (I've already registered the product on the website.)  It asks me to log in, I log in correctly and I always get the message "Failed to Update Authorization Info."  So I can't update.  I can see the existing files and delete any if I wanted to but I can't see any updates.  I've tried this on two PCs and I also downloaded the MAC software but it requires that I update the ML619 software to V1.04 first on a PC before using a MAC and I can't update.
